Hi,

I have tried to enter E-oath taking online but I received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I don't see any incorrect in my record. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Limketkai branch is considered? Thank you so much.
