I recently relocated to the UK and have made the decision to continue my nursing career here. However, in order to proceed with my application, I require certain documents from the PRC. I have scheduled to obtain my board certificate, but during the process, I was informed about the requirement for a "LUPON NG MGA NARSES CERTIFICATE which I am not aware of, never had it. How do i get it through my sister (representative) who is a board passer too?

what  I only have is the certificate of Passing and certificate of rating, PRC region 3 is asking for it to release my State Board Verification.TY

Your sister may claim your Board Certificate to the PRC office where you applied for registration of license upon passing the Licensure Exam, provided that a letter of authority is issued to her.
