Good eve. I am Ma. Laarni R. Gianan and I am trying to book an appointment online on PRC online website but everytime I entered the details needed to make an appointment it always says RECORD MISMATCHED. I've checked every detail on my account but everything is correct. this happened after I changed my profile picture. I hooe you can help me with my concern and make an online appointment with PRC soon. thank you and good day.
