Good Day Ma'am/Sir.
      My concern is, the payment debited from my account but still pending on the PRC online portal. I have emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph and sent the proof of payment for my transaction but until now, its still pending and no response at all.
 I hope that you will take action with this matter. Thank you
