Good Day, 

I would like to raise some concern regarding the online renewal application of my PRC ID. It turns out to be "Record Mismatched". The details i entered in my profile were all correct except for the special character in my second name "MA." I emailed technical assistance regarding this matter last July 30,2022 but up until now still no response from their end. I am currently based overseas thats why i can't visit any branch for the correction.
