Hello,
I am trying to obtain my certification of board rating and good standing as part of a requirement here to apply for the occupational therapy board exam in the United States. I lost my NOA from my exam in 2017 and therefore no longer have my application number. When I try to retrieve my application number, it says I have a "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Is there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information? I am all the way in Georgia, USA and cannot appear in person.
