HI,

i am a Accredited Real estate Broker in Europe.

i also work with Filipino Developers to sell their units to europe.

my problem is since others had a lot of problem with local agents and brokers i get so many request from Foreigners in the Philippines already.

am i allowed to sell in the Philippines if i am Accredited overseas?

can i put adds in the Philippines focusing on foreigners?

am i legally allowed to operate in the Philippines?
