We would like to request for List of the registered Real Estate Practitioners composed of Real Estate Brokers, Appraisers, and Consultants and their contact details such as address, phone number and email address, which are not sensitive personal information as of September 30, 2023 for the effective implementation of Republic Act No. 9646 requires coordination with an AIPO (Sections 4-5, 22, 34-36, and 42), Unfortunately, while the law has been enacted in 2009, there is no AIPO at present, save for extension granted to PhilRES to comply with 50% plus 1 membership until December 31, 2023.

Thank you very much and hoping for your consideration and approval as we are pressed for time meeting the deadline of achieving 50% plus one of the total real estate practitioners registered with PRC as required by PRC ACD, and we were given until December 31, 2023 to achieve the 50% plus 1 membership to have d full accreditation as an AIPO.
The task of reaching out to real estate practitioners has been challenging and daunting, it is estimated that 70% of the total real estate professionals are practicing without any affiliation thus they cannot be reached through existing organizations.
