Good Day, 

I am trying to renew my PRC id online but i get a " Record Mismatched" pop-up. It seems i erroneously entered my middle initial "L" instead of my middle name "Lim". I already emailed the technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph four(4) times from the month of May until this month July but i still haven't received any reply from them.

Respectfully asking for some assistance regarding this matter.
