Greetings! 

I would like to request a digital copy of the PRC's Roster of Chemical Laboratories and Related Entities particularly the one described in Sec. 37 of Republic Act No. 10657, also known as the Chemistry Profession Act, which I quote in full:

"SEC. 37. Roster of Chemical Laboratories and Related Entities. – The Commission shall keep a roster of all chemical laboratories and entities engaged in the practice of chemistry, including their business addresses and registration numbers. The Commission shall regularly update such roster."

Resolution No. 02 (s. 2017) or the Rules and Regulations Implementing Section 35 of Republic Act No. 10657 (Chemistry Professional Act) on the Issuance of Certificate of Authority to Operate Chemical Laboratories and Other Related Establishments took effect on April 4, 2017.  The Professional Regulatory Board of Chemistry and the Professional Regulation Commission are at present evaluating applications for the issuance of the Certificate to Operate.  At present the Commission is still in the process of creating a data base for the roaster of approved applications.
