Hi,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID (RCE) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Manila branch is considered? Thank you so much.
