Hello Rommel Lawan La Victoria, I'm currently facing an issue with my PSA record as it still reflects my mother's maiden name, Rommel Dela Piña Lawan, instead of my current legal name. Despite my mother's ongoing efforts in Manila to rectify this, I'm concerned due to an approaching deadline. My NBI, TOR, Diploma, National ID, and PhilHealth all bear my correct name, Rommel Lawan La Victoria. What steps should I take to address this issue, considering the time and effort already invested?
