Hi! Good day! I am Honeylyn Seguido, a BSBA undergraduate student from Assumption College of Davao, Davao City. In regard to our thesis entitled "Total Reward System and Employee Commitment in Business Process Outsourcing Companies", I would like to request the following data;
1. The number of BPO employees in the Philippines from the year 2022-2023.
2. The number of BPO employees in Davao City from the year 2022-2023.
3. The distribution of the BPO employees according to their gender and age from the year 2022-2023.
