I would like to ask how can I get a replacement for my lost National ID Card because, I badly needed it for PRC licensed.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
