Hi. Can we please know the annual economic statistics from 30 Jun 1998 to 30 Jun 2007 of Ilocos Norte? Specifically, I'm interested in the below metrics or equivalent/similar.
- poverty incidence
- regional GDP/per capita
- unemployment rate

For context, we would also like to know the same statistics for the same period for the below regions.
- Camarines Sur
- Iloilo province
- Negros Occidental
- NCR
- National/Philippines
