Good afternoon,
I would like to follow-up in your good office on may request for correction of my first name from (Maria Ethel S. Muaña to Ma. Ethel S. Muaña) I already file a petition last December 2022 and the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar of San Isidro Leyte already send their reply on your verification last  March 25, 2023 via LBC but until now there's no reply yet receive, that's why they are asking me to help to follow-up.
