I would like to seek information regarding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in San Juan, Manila City. I'm from Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Manila, and I'll will be using the data for a research paper. I am requesting the following:

1. Number of MSMEs in San Juan, Manila
2. List of the MSMES in San Juan, Manila

Thank you for your request dated Feb 08, 2023 06:04:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for List of MSMEs in San Juan, Manila City.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”

We can only share our latest data on MSMEs is limited based on the results of our ULE 2021:
