Good day! I am John Angelo P. Victorino, a student from Butuan Doctors'College. I am currently conducting my research about the top leading mortality and morbidity in the Philippines specifically CARAGA Region. I would like to request to your good office this following data: 

1.The statistical data identifying the top leading mortality and morbidity in the Philippines. 
2. The statistical data identifying the top leading mortality and morbidity in CARAGA Region.
