May I request assistance in your office in tracing my National ID, I registered on October 25, 2022, and it's been almost 2 years since my application but It still hasn't been delivered.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 29, 2024 12:52:48 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National ID.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
