Thank you for your request dated May 29, 2022 08:32:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for birth certificate.

Your FOI request is approved.

We regret to inform you that we do not have such process. To verify your birth record on our civil registry database, you may request the document through online or our PSA CRS Outlets.

Our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
