Good day! 
It had been months since i misplaced my National ID and I would like to request for replacement of my lost national ID. I badly need it for important transactions since I've hit the age where valid IDs are badly needed.

Kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
