Hi! I would like to request for the following information regarding:
1.	Cancer statistics in Bataan (mortality rate,  number of new cases, demographic of patients, and etc.)
2.	Statistic about Patients under Palliative and Hospice Care
3.	List of Cancer center in Bataan
4.	Design guidelines and requirements, and list of facilities for stand-alone comprehensive specialty cancer center.
5.	Number of healthcare professionals and alliance that works for palliative and hospice care in Bataan.
