Good day, I have a concern regarding my national id. Upon checking the PHILPOST portal using the tracking number that's indicated in my transaction slip (Unsuccesssful delivery - RTS REASON: Unknown) I want to know why would this happen as my full address was clearly indicated in my form.
Maybe you can try to deliver it again to this address: BE HSE #3254 Vineyardville Subd St, Vineyardville subd, Pulong buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan. It's near Bisita Iglesia church. If you have any question you can text or call me on my phone number 09655472363. Thank you.
