Hi! May I request for a link to the 1938 census of population, specifically that which covers the Province of Capiz. The link provided online: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ajr9bkYQz9Ocjmd5U-LKtSY7EYaf?e=pzajn7 seems lacking. 

The data to be culled therein will be used for my research on local history.
