Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 26, 2021 11:48:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for marriage status.

Your FOI request is approved. 

If you are inquiring the availability of newly-registered marriage certificate, please be advised that you may request a copy of your document from PSA after six (6) months from the date of registration and regular transmittal of your document by the concerned Local Civil Registry Office/Consular Office.

On the other hand, if you are referring to filed petition for correction, please send your follow-up to our Legal Service through this email address- legal.staff@psa.gov.ph and psa.legalservice.ra@gmail.com and provide the following details:

1) Full Name of Document's Owner
2) Correction made
3) Petition Number
4) Transmittal Date and Tracking Number
5) Civil Registrar where the petition was filed
