To verify the document of your father, you need to request his birth record with his consent through our PSA CRS Outlets or through our online services.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
