Hi, I would like to ask. I found out that i have double registration entry on my birth certificate. When i register to for national id i use my late registration birth certificate and only to find out when i get psa birth certificate they give me the first birth certificate which has different name on it. My question is possible that my ID to get is the name that i use on register which is the late registration, or the first one that psa give to me.

Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
