Hi,

I would like to check if it is possible to use the issued marriage certificate to us from Spain (my husband is Spanish) and their family book to update my marital status and change of last name on my passport?

We regret to inform you that we do not have process online request of manual verification of civil registry certificates on our database. 

To verify the said document, you may request online or through our PSA CRS Outlets.

Our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
