Hi I would like to correct my record in National Id it should be CHRISTOPHER . In my national ID record it was CHRISTOPEHER

Thank you for your request dated Jan 20, 2024 04:12:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Correction of National Id.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As of now, we encourage you to keep your PhilID safe and wait for further announcements on the process of updating incorrect information printed in your PhilIDs.  

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
