Hi I would like to ask information if there is already an existing record of marriage under the names, MICHAEL P MONCANO and MERRY GRACE D LASTIMOSO in your database. I wish to request a Marriage Certificate from PSA for the purpose of changing my last name registered in PRC and so I can renew my license after the change. If there is a record already, I will then secure a copy of our MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE right away in your nearest PSA Office here in Cebu. Thank you for your assistance!
