So for context, I want to know the ongoing/active mines and quarries in the Philippines. 

I found some operating mines through MGB's website, but I cannot find any for planned mines along with the output/reserves.

-Status (Planned / Under Construction / Operating etc.)
-Site Location (with coordinates or a shapefile)
-Commodity (if mixed, please put percentages)
