Good day, my name is Phoebe T. Sarmiento, a 5thYear BS Architecture student at the Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City. I would like to request data regarding my Architectural Capstone called A Proposed Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Center. 

The following data are.
1. Statistics of Drug related deaths in the entire province of Bulacan per municipality and city from 2015-2023
2. Statistics of Drug overdose deaths in Bulacan by municipality and city from 2015-2023
3. Statistics of Suicidal deaths related to mental health issues in Bulacan by the municipality and city

In reference to your data request, you may check the attached table on the 2015-2021 registered deaths due to drug-related incidents and intentional self-harm by municipality of residence for the province of Bulacan. The data is based on our registered deaths of Vital Statistics Report.
