1. The full information (NAME AND BIRTH DATE)  of the Mother and Father of WILHELMINA SAPONG ESCANILLA born on December 05, 1942

2. The full information (NAME and BIRTH DATE) of the Mother and father of HUGO ESPLAGUERA VILLAGRACIA born on April 01, 1942

They are my Great Grand parents , I would like to know their personal information to be use for my height waiver application purposes.

We regret to inform you that we do not have such process. For your concern, you may try to coordinate with the Local Civil Registry Office where the birth records were registered.

Or you may try to request the documents to our office through online or our PSA CRS Outlets.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
