Hi! I just want to confirm that my national ID has been lost for 2 weeks.

I would like to get a new one to have a valid ID.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
