Good day! I am Jerry Borromeo, a graduate school student, and currently doing a research project which is a Philippine Sign Language application that will benefit deaf and mute people here in the Philippines. I would like to request for information regarding:

- Total percentage of deaf and mute population in the PH 2023. 
- Total number of the mute and deaf students in the Philippines according to region 2023.
- Total percentage of deaf and mute students in the Philippines from year 2007-2023.
