I am Aemryl Laspinas, currently taking up Masters in Engineering at Western Institute of Technology. I am writing this request for my research study regarding the effectiveness and benefits of bike lanes in Iloilo City. I would like to request for an estimate of the number of cyclist in Iloilo City from 2016 up to the present.
