Great morning Sir/Ma'am!

I would like to request for scheduling for delivery of my national ID, I applied on year 2021. I have already completed all the required steps. I have the transaction number 10346200651527220211228084724 and my name is Shanneleye Mendez Rosas.

My cousins have applied on the same day and they already got their national ID except me. Therefore, I am humbly requesting for the delivery of my national ID. I do really appreciate you reading this message and am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 01, 2023 12:11:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Phil ID Card.

Your FOI request is approved. 

The PSA assures the public that those who already obtained an ePhilID will still receive their PhilID cards as there is a card allocated for each registered person. We continue to fast-track the printing and delivery of PhilID cards in parallel to the issuance of the ePhilID. 

The ePhilID is a valid and sufficient proof of identity and age, subject to authentication. It shall be honored and accepted in government and private transactions while waiting for the PhilID card.

Just like the PhilID card, claiming the ePhilID is free of charge.

Meanwhile, you may visit https://appt.philsys.gov.ph to check if you may claim your ePhilID.
