To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to inquire about the status of my national ID application. My name is Ianne Leyva Perez, and I applied for my national ID in 2021-2022. I have not received any communication regarding its status.

I kindly request your assistance in providing me with an update on my application's progress and any further steps I need to take. And when will i ever receive my national ID?

You asked for Request for National ID Application Status.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
