You asked for BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We regret to inform you that we do not accept applications or requests of civil registry certificates through this portal.

Please be advised that Civil Registration System (CRS) outlets located in Metro Manila shall be OPENED but on a REDUCED CAPACITY effective 16 September 2021. Only clients with prior appointments issued through the Civil Registration Service Query Verification Unit email address will be served.
