Her name is Aries Loureine Resultay Ciego. Her birthday is on February 12, 2017 born in Lying inn hospital San Agustin, Hagonoy, Bulacan.

In reference to your concern, you may request copy of the birth certificate, if yielded negative on our database, you will receive a No Record Certificate.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
