Hi, I would like to request for your confirmation if our marriage certificate with number of 2023-10822 for Gabriel Mania (husband) and Adicel Riego (wife) exists in the database of PSA. It is regsitered in Quezon City's Office of Civil Registry last August 22, 2023. How long would it take for the document to be PSA certified and be requested for a copy of. If it doesn't exists in the database of PSA, what steps can we take in order to resolve this?
