i accidentally put a  wrong number on my address this is my new address now

Thank you for your request dated Jul 19, 2023 08:32:04 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for request to change the primary delivery address of my National ID..

Your FOI request is approved.

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.
