You asked for How do you get a new National ID Card after you lost your previous National ID card?.

In reference to your concern, kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
