Good Day!

     I would like to request for the correction of my Blood Type in my Philippine I.D Card. My Blood Type is "B positive", but instead, the blood type "O" was shown in my I.D card.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As of now, we encourage you to keep your PhilID safe and wait for further announcements on the process of updating incorrect information printed in your PhilIDs.  

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
