In reference to your concern, we regret to inform you we do not process requests on civil registry certificates via this portal.

Please be advised that Civil Registration System (CRS) outlets located in Metro Manila shall be OPENED but on a REDUCED CAPACITY effective 16 September 2021. Only clients with prior appointments issued through the Civil Registration Service Query Verification Unit email address will be served.
