How to replace my National ID?

Purpose: For Personal use (e.g. Valid ID for transactions)

My face on my National ID is not visible anymore, and I'm having a hard time using it as a valid ID. Is there a way for me to get a new one as soon as possible? I saw on the news that the IDs were made in such poor quality reason for damages to occur.

Really need a valid ID ASAP.
