Hi! I would like to request information regarding the following:

1) Population / Statistics / Percentages of people with deafblindness (combined visual and hearing impairment) in the Philippines;

2) A breakdown of this statistic per region, or more specifically, for Region 3 and pampanga

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
