Hi! I would like to correct my middle name, which stated there in my ID is "TIBAO" but the correct one is "TIRAO". Thank you!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
