I would like to request a new copy of my National ID. My wallet is stolen last October 2, 2023 together with my National ID.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
