Good day! I would like to request to change the primary delivery address of my National ID.

Middle Name: Manatad

New delivery address: Pacific Grande Residences, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City

Furthermore, I hereby authorize Roselyn Jean M. Boiser to claim my National ID on my behalf as I may not be available to receive it in person. Roselyn Jean will provide proper identification to ensure a secure and successful delivery handover.

You asked for Change of National ID delivery address.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
